High-Performance Condensing Heat Exchanger

Condensation occurs when saturated vapor loses heat, and a thin layer of liquid film is formed, which keeps thickening as condensation continues. Traditional low fin tube only increas-es the surface area of heat transfer to make it more effective compared with bare tube. Our High Condensing tubes apply staggered serrated fin profiles to the exterior surface to make the condensate on the outer surface become more turbulent, which improves the convection heat transfer of the condens-ing liquid film substantially. On the other hand, the special 3D configuration improves the surface tension effect of the condensate which facilitates the condensing liquid to flow from the fin tip to the helically arranged fin foot channel. The condensate then quickly drains through microchannels under gravity control.

The machining process of our High Condensing tubes require evenly distributed metal thickness and preserved metal layer around fin foot, thus eliminates the machining stress, excludes the root cause for stress corrosion. Perfect arch structure is machined at fin root, which reduces the negative influence of vibration of working equipment.
