High vacuum condenser is suitable for high vacuum conditions with rigid pressure drop requirement and low non-condensible gas. Currently, the equipment is widely used as the column condenser for coal to ethylene glycol unit.High vacuum condenser uses X type structure, and supports plates for tube bundle fixation. This structure can prevent vibration. Compared with baffles, the pressure drop is lower.Liquid guide tubes are installed among the tube bundle, to quickly drain the condensate to prevent sub cooling, to reduce pressure drop, and to increase heat transfer efficiency as well as to reduce energy consumption.Sealed strips are installed on shell side, to preliminarily separate non-condensable gas from condensate. Non-condensable gas is then extracted from the closed space of sealed strips.High vacuum condenser uses corrugated tube, to enhance heat transfer on both sides of the tube, and to lower the overall cost.
